So so so good!! First time coming here and was worth the hype and visit. I got the egg blend crumpet and it was so delicious, fresh and warm. The crumpet itself was made to perfection and the egg was so fluffy. The only thing I wish is that the jalapeños were spicy but they weren't. The service was great and everyone was so sweet and helpful. The place is fairly small but was full with people who also seemed to be enjoying their food. Some people were hanging out just chilling which was nice.

We almost left pike place feeling a bit full but decided to end with a sweet treat and it was absolutely the best decision ever. We got the maple butter crumpet which they call the "life changer" and I'm not exaggerating when I say it lived up to that name. It was so delicious and warm, and both crispy and soft in all the right places. The maple flavor was so yummy and comforting and had just the right sweetness. The staff were also really nice it was a cute shop to sit in to get away from the cold!

Love the crumpets from here and love that we can get them vegan. The texture is so good after toasting. I hope one day they offer some more vegan topping options such as vegan butter. We had ours with peanut butter and it was tasty but a little dry.

For those that don't know what a crumpet is, it's kind of like if an English muffin and a pancake had a baby. The crumpets are on the smaller side, but my salmon crumpet dough was warm and chewy, and paired very well with the creamy salmon spread and crunchiness of the cucumber. I also got a London fog (earl grey with milk), which was nice and hot, and they also let you do refills of their teas. The interior is a little bit small, so it can be hard to find seating. There's a glass area where you can watch the workers making the crumpets which is pretty cool, so if you sit there you can get a nice view. Conveniently located right next to the entrance of Pike Place, this is a great spot to sit and eat a small breakfast before starting your day.

Life changing - I've never had a crumpet before but I am very impressed with the little crumpet shop. Free refills on coffee all day! We got the Vermont, egg and cheese, Ricky rizz, and pesto. Then we got back on line for the wild smoked salmon and marmite crumpets because when in Seattle!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. WHAT A HIDDEN GEM! If you're checking out Pike Market place, you must drop this place! Gotta check the schedule since they're closed on certain random days. We were taking a train out to Leavenworth and wanted a snack beforehand. So happy we were able to get a savory and sweet. The Green Eggs and Ham- so yummy The Vermont- so sweet and delicious!! We wanted to come back before leaving but they were closed and we couldn't make it before closing! I craved it so much that I got the ones at Trader Joe's and it's similar but definitely not the same MUST TRY! Highly recommend!!

A liiiitle expensive for what it is but the crumpets are truly delicious. Super soft, moist, fresh, warm, and crispy at the edges. I got mine with raspberry preserves and it was scrumptious! A little indoor seating and really cute shop!

Had a good breakfast at this famous cafe in Pike Place Market. It has crumpets along with other morning and lunch offerings. The Crumpet Shop is a long time occupant of the market, being here for many years. A lot of affordable if small things to get at breakfast. There's a crap ton in choices of toppings. Basically it's a pretty small cafe. It's been in the market since 1976. There's not a whole lot of room inside, but there's a few tables. As expected, the busiest time is at breakfast. It's about $3 for a coffee. They have non dairy milk options. It's about $5 to get a crumpet. These are made to be vegan. Many won't be after putting the toppings on. The popular toppings include cheese, eggs, and salmon among the many you can put on these. One that is though is the Preserves Crumpet. This has raspberry preserves, and tastes a lot like an English muffin. Also you can get a bowl of groats. This is like a coarse oatmeal. Good place to get breakfast. It's also open at lunch. The many toppings include options for egg and meat eaters, but there's also many healthier options, including some okay for vegans and vegetarians.

A unique shop in Pike Place that specializes in crumpets. I've never had one before and the best way I can describe it is an english-muffin that's more fluffy in the middle with a chewier consistency. Service was friendly and quick and inside there's only a few places to sit and eat. Luckily it wasn't too packed when we went and so we were able to get a spot. I also ordered some tea which comes with unlimited refills of whatever they have so you can go and pour it yourself which is a nice touch. The Vermont crumpet was their famous sweet crumpet which comes with Maple Butter, Walnuts, and Cream Cheese. Everything works together and while not my #1 choice, my gf really enjoyed it. I got the Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese w/Cucumbers. The salmon cream cheese was packed with flavor and had such a luscious and creamy texture. The cucumbers on top also added a nice refreshing element with each bite. Personally I think they should cut the cucumbers even thinner. Each bite, I had some cucumbers fly off and so I think a thinner cut would help alleviate that issue. Price-wise it's pretty steep for $8 for each of the crumpets we got. You'd probably need to eat something else got truly get full for breakfast. It is a unique novelty that you're not going to find anywhere else and so it's worth checking out at least once!
